Warranty Period

  1. Standard Coverage:

    • All IWAFO adult electric scooters and e-bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty

    • Warranty period begins from date of purchase at authorized dealers

    • Valid proof of purchase required

  2. Special Notes:

    • Refurbished products are not covered

    • Refurbished product issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. For valid claims, IWAFO will repair or replace products per warranty terms.

Covered Components:

  • Frame structural defects

  • Motor system failures

  • Battery performance issues

  • Electronic control system faults

  • Original accessory defects

Service Terms

  1. Service Methods:

    • IWAFO may repair or replace with same/similar models

    • May use refurbished or cosmetically imperfect parts

    • Final determination by authorized IWAFO service representatives

  2. Shipping:

    • Customer responsible for shipping costs for warranty service

    • IWAFO offers discounted shipping labels

Detailed Warranty Terms

Frame Warranty:

  • Covers: Structural integrity defects

  • Excludes:

    • Corrosion

    • Paint fading/scratches

    • Impact damage

    • Irreversible modifications (drilling/welding)

    • Normal wear marks

Battery Warranty:

  • Covered for full warranty period (1 year)

  • Excludes:

    • Use of non-OEM chargers

    • Overcharging (>6 hours)

    • Unauthorized disassembly

    • Use in non-designated devices

Voided Warranty Conditions:

  1. Misuse:

    • Stunt riding/racing

    • Improper storage/environmental exposure

    • Liquid/chemical damage

  2. Human Factors:

    • Unauthorized modifications

    • Non-OEM parts usage

    • Improper operation per manual

  3. Force Majeure:

    • Accidents/collisions

    • Natural disasters

    • Theft

  4. Normal Wear:

    • Brake pads

    • Tires/tubes

    • Drive train components

    • Cosmetic scratches

Important Notes

  • No cash compensation for warranty services

  • Replaced parts carry original warranty period

  • IWAFO reserves final interpretation rights

  • Official service centers must verify claims
